Shayokh Ahmad has devoted his time and effort to run his own venture to contribute the society & economy as an entrepreneur after serving local and multinational companies for 19 years.


Shayokh Ahmad has completed his BBA and MBA from North South University, Dhaka, Bangladesh in the year 1999 and 2001 respectively. He worked part time along with his studies for World Bank, NSU, AMCHAM, German GTZ, Bangladesh Observer and The Financial Express.


Mr. Ahmad started his professional career in the year 1998 in the ANZ Grindlays Bank than he served BSG, an USA based PR company, Prime Banking group, Hongkong based GSP Finance (Bangladesh) Ltd., Warid Telecom (currently Robi), Rahimafrooz Distribution Ltd. OK Mobile (Bangladesh) Limited, a concern of Shanta Group in different senior level position. Mr. Ahmad has vast experience in Media, Financing, Telecom, Automobile, Mobile Handset and Textile industry.


Shayokh Ahmad was awarded Gold Medal, Outstanding Performance Award and several Best Employee Rewards all the way in his career. He has participated more than 45 training courses, seminars and workshops both at home and abroad in last 21 years.




Mr. Ahmad is a tour loving person. So far he visited 30 countries in 6 continents across the world. He is also a member of Army Golf Club and Trusty Member of “Hand in Need”, an NGO to support under privileged cluster of the society. Mr. Ahmad is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Xurtials since inception of the company.

Sharmin Shayokh


Sharmin Shayokh is a Bachelor and Masters in Economics from University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. She has obtained Diploma in Teaching from Cambridge University, UK. Sharmin has fourteen years of experience in teaching, managing people and curriculum development. She takes part in board meetings of Xurtials.

Xurtials office is equipped with all required facilities and amenities. Entire office is covered with Wifi, CC Camera and alternative power source. Sufficient safety and first aid support is maintained to tackle emergencies. Adequate natural air and lighting facilities are also there. The office is being daily cleaned and periodically monitored to ensure efficiency and safety of electricity, water supply, gas and sewerage connections. Dedicated toilet and shoe rack is there for office staffs and visitors.
